bulk deals: NSE-BSE bulk deals: Conlecta Capital laps up Industrial Investment Trust

Mumbai: Small and microcap companies dominated the bulk deals on Tuesday.

Conlecta Capital Advisors lapped up shares of Industrial Investment Trust, while One Earth Capital cut its stake in the company.

Bottle manufacturing company HSIL bought back 4,63,000 shares of its own company from the open market.

Of the frontline indices, benchmark Sensex rose 0.28 per cent to 40,544.37, while Nifty climbed 0.20 per cent to 11,896.80.

Here’s who bought and sold what in some of the key bulk and block deals of the day:
>> Conlecta Capital Advisors bought 3,98,5000 shares of Industrial Investment Trust at Rs 48.10 per share, while One Earth Capital sold 4,00,000 shares of the company at the same price. The latter held 5.72 per cent stake in the company at the end of September quarter.

>> HSIL bought back 4,63,000 shares of the company through open market at Rs 72.13 per share.

>> Vimal Kumar bought 2,90,000 shares of Best Agro Life from Geeta Garg at Rs 470.1 per share.

>> BofA Securities Europe SA bought 1,173,777 shares of IndusInd Bank from Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) PTE at Rs 626.85 per share.

>> Citoc Investment Services bought 2,90,964 shares of AGC Networks from Citoc Ventures at Rs 470 per share.

>> Paramount Trading sold 5,04,000 shares of Jump Networks at Rs 96.92 per share.

>> Kirtan M Rupareliya bought 1,10,000 shares of Likhitha Infrastructure at Rs 133.60 per share.
